Thank you for shopping with us! Your support for small and local business means the world to us. If you are unhappy with your product, here is how we can help.

Grateful Gift Shop Inc offers exchange or store credit only. We do not process payment refunds. All clothing items, including headwear, are final sale. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition you received it, with tags attached if applicable. For in-store returns, simply bring the product back to our brick & mortar and our team will be happy to assist you. For online returns, please reach out to our team at hello@gratefulgiftshop.com to request a return with your order number in the subject line and we will be happy to send you a return label, at no extra cost to you. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your return. You will receive an email with your store credit code. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible.
