Grateful Gift Shop offers exchange or store credit only. We do not process payment refunds. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Clothing items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and no signs of wear. All vintage clothing items are final sale. All skincare products are final sale. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition you received it, with tags attached if applicable. For in-store returns, simply bring the product back to our brick & mortar and our team will be happy to assist you.
For online returns, please reach out to our team at hello@gratefulgiftshop.com to request a return with your order number in the subject line. Shipping returns will be made at the customers expense. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your return accordingly. You will receive an email with your store credit code or new product order confirmation. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for any kind of return.
